From My Kitchen: Egg Fried Rice

Well, to be quite honest, I’m not sure if it’s a good time to publish an Egg Fried Rice Recipe with the egg prices soaring in our county. But I love it, and I always have a few leftover eggs and rice, so instead of letting it go to waste, I’ll make Fried Rice. It’s probably my number one order, whenever we order Chinese food, just because I like it simple when it comes to takeout. So I learned how to make it! It’s super easy, and it’s super delicious.

What you’ll need:

Heat vegetable oil in a Wok or large pan. Pour in beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs.

When the eggs are scrambled, but still moist, add the rice and stir well. Move the rice and eggs to the side, then add the green onions and pan fry them for a couple of minutes.

Mix the rice and the green onions. Add sesame oil and soy sauce. Combine well until heated thoroughly. Serve hot on a serving plate!
