This is probably one of the most fun cocktails I have ever made! Not only were they yummy, but they’re also so cute. Besides being 100% biodegradable. Have this delicious little drink, and then just eat the apple! These are so perfect for Halloween, or any other Autumn get-together. The hollowing out of the apple was more tricky than I anticipated, but it was well worth it.
What you’ll need:
- 1 oz of Jameson Whiskey
- Taste of Inspiration Apple Cider
- Simply Organic cinnamon sticks
- Goya Star Anise
- fresh red apples (make sure they can stand up straight)
Cut off the top of each apple, then hollow out the apple carefully. Pour one ounce of whiskey into the apple. Add Apple Cider. Top off with one cinnamon stick and one Star of Anise. Garnish with whatever else your heart desires.
