#DOTW: Indian Summer Cocktail

Today is the first day of fall, and at least here in NYC we’re about to embark on the “Indian summer”, which means we’ll have summer weather in spite of the fall. At least for a little while. Of course this needs to be celebrated with yet another cocktail, and lo and behold, I found one with this very name. It’s delicious despite the look of Palmolive. If it’s too green for you, just add more juice, but I love it the way it is, and of course this would make a great cocktail for Halloween!

Cheers!
