I came across this cocktail while researching winter cocktails for the Super Bowl season, and it looked delicious. Upon further investigation, I can confirm that it also tastes good! Do not serve this at your random Super Bowl Party, this is for the sophisticated pallet! Just kidding, serve it whenever and wherever you want…

What you’ll need:
- 2 1/2 oz Hendrick’s Gin (or quality gin of your choice)
- 1 oz sweet Vermouth
- 1 tsp Maraschino juice
- couple of dashes of orange bitters
Combine all ingredients and chill in a Martini shaker with ice and pour into a coupe glass (or Martini glass if you don’t have one). Garnish with Maraschino Cherry and/or orange peel.
