One of my favorite songs ever is Gin and Juice by Snoop Dogg. Much unlike the drink which has never tickled my fancy. So apparently I have been missing out, because there is a cocktail out there that combines Gin and Juice, Gin Fizz and a Salty Dogg , and it’s just lovely! Sour, sweet and salty all in one, it’s another yummy addition to lineup of refreshing summer cocktails!

What you’ll need:
- 1 1/2 oz Hendricks Gin (Quality Gin of your choice)
- 3 oz grapefruit juice
- 3 oz club soda
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- pink sea salt
Combine gin, simple syrup and grapefruit juice in a shaker with ice, shake well. Dip rim of glass into simple syrup, then into sea salt. Add ice to the glass, pour in gin mixture and top it off with club soda.
