When I went to Harlem Eat Up Festival a few weeks ago, I sampled several delicious cocktails. One of my favorites was this cocktail that was presented by Vinateria In Harlem and their director of mixology Ashley Lugo. I am usually not big on Bourbon, but this drink was put together so deliciously, I just loved it. It is also very refreshing, so it’s right on time for the summer season!

What you’ll need:
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
(Quality Bourbon of your choice)
1 oz Lemon Lime Sour Mix
2 oz Apple Cider
Ginger Puree
Mix all ingredients in a Martini shaker with ice, then pour over fresh ice.
Get drunk.
