It’s a sleepy February! It’s so cold out, we got a winter storm, that has us staying at home, most of us probably in bed. And why not? I love a bonus off day, watching tv, napping, doing not much of anything. And yes, cocktails are on the menu. I also love a good coffee cocktail, they’re just so yummy to me, coffee is my thing. This one is super delicious, and very easy to make. You can drink it hot in a mug, or nice and cold as a martini. In this particular post I chose the cocktail version, but the hot mug version has the same ingredients, just with hoy coffee instead of cold. This is a good one, enjoy!

What you’ll need:
- 1 1/2 oz Courvoisier cognac
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
- coffee
- Reddi Whip whipped cream
- coffee beans for garnish
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add Courvoisier, Grand Marnier and coffee, then shake well. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with coffee beans.
Cheers!
