
Hmmmm, my tastebuds have been getting treat after treat lately! This cocktail is so unbelievably delicious! Don’t ask me why it is called the Japanese Cocktail, I have researched everywhere possible, but there just doesn’t see to be a connection to the country Japan. Either way, it’s totally yummy, and it’s a must. Hey, Easter is coming up, and this could be a great cocktail for the adults. It is easy to make, and the cognac makes it a very elegant cocktail that should please all the men and women engulfed in Holiday festivities.

What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Courvoisier
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- lemon or lime peel
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients to the shaker, shake well. Strain ingredients into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon or lime peel.
