#DOTW: Rosé Cointreau

Happy Summer everyone! Celebrate with a glass full of this lovely Cointreau cocktail! Sip by sip, this fruity drink is tasty and definitely summery. With just two ingredients and some fruit added, it is a must for this (very) hot season. I served it for the Forth of July, and it was a huge hit. Treat yourself!

What you’ll need:

  • 2 oz Cointreau
  • 3 oz sparkling Rosé
  • orange slices
  • strawberries
  • mint leaves

Fill a glass with ice, add Cointreau, then top off with Rosé. Garnish with strawberry halves and orange slices, twist a mint leaf into it. Easy Breezy!

Hello there, fellow foodies! My name is Erica, I was born and raised in Germany, and moved to the US, New York City to be exact, in July of 1987. I have never missed an episode of the Bravo TV show. I have at this point visited almost 20 restaurants run by Top Chef contestants, and I'm continuously impressed by their skill, drive and passion. So I will continue to seek them out, and I hope you join me in my journey!
