#DOTW: Elderflower Lemonade

Yes, it is entirely too early for umbrella cocktails, but I couldn’t help myself, I just tried this one recently, and I couldn’t wait to share it. It’s a just a bit of a twist on the good old gin and tonic, which happens to be one of my favorite drinks. This one is a little lighter in taste, and more fun to look at! It’s simple and delicious, refreshing and perfect for springtime soirees.

What you’ll need:

  • 2 oz Hendrick’s Gin (or quality gin of your choice)
  • 2 oz Tonic Water
  • 2 oz Belvoir Elderflower Lemonade
  • lemon

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add gin, tonic water and Elderflower lemonade. Squeeze some fresh lemon on top. Garnish with a lemon slice and whatever your heart desires.

Cheers!
