I pretty much love everything Buffalo. Hot sauce is one of the greatest inventions! I’ll put it on chips, pizza, whatever, as long as I’m in the mood for this spicy condiment. Everyone appreciates a spicy meatball, but this one is more of a snack for a Saturday night game night, or for company while watching a ballgame. You decide the level of heat by choosing your favorite hot sauce.
What you’ll need
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 or 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 bottle of your favorite hot sauce
- cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Shape into bitesize meatballs. Spray cooking spray on a baking pan, and arrange meatballs side by side if possible.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir up the meatballs and return to the oven. Bake for another 10 minutes. Place meatballs in a large bowl, and add at least half a bottle of your favorite hot sauce. Serve with Bleu Cheese or Ranch dressing.
