Yes, the snow stuck, everything is white (with patches of brown, let’s face it), I love me some winter. So we’re having a Winter Wonderland Martini to commemorate. It looks like a ski slope, or your backyard after a snow storm, but the coconut flavor reminds you of the summer vacation that hopefully Santa is going to stick into your stocking!

What you’ll need:
- 1 oz Stoli Vanil (or quality vanilla vodka of your choice)
- 1 oz Crème de Cacao (clear)
- 1 oz cream of coconut ( like Coco Lopez)
- 1 oz milk or cream\
Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously (to create a foamy top) with ice in a shaker. Rim glass with powdered sugar and serve ice cold! Happy Holidays!!
