  • 2 oz Apple Cider or Apple Juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 dash bitters

To prepare the honey syrup combine 1/2 cup of honey and 1/2 cup water and heat in a small saucepan. Stir until the honey fully dissolves. Let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
