It’s a heatwave here in New York! Summer is in the midst of its glory. Some of my fondest memories of summer always involve a nice little cocktail on a deck with a friend, or even on the stoops in front of my house. We all have special places where we chit chat with friends and family on a hot summer night with a couple of delicious cocktails. This one is perfect! Sweet, but not too sweet, refreshing and summery, keep this one in your repertoire!
What you’ll need:
- 1 1/2 oz Tito’s Vodka
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 3 oz Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice
- 1 lemon and blackberries for garnish
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add vodka, then Cointreau. Top off with cranberry juice. Garnish with a lemon slice and blackberries. Easy breezy.
