It’s time for Meatless Monday! There are so many options and recipes you can choose from, meat is not always necessary to make a great meal for dinner. I love Asian food, so this noodle dish was right after my heart. As usual, it is pretty easy to make, and the ingredients are not hard to find, even if you have to find an Asian supermarket, or even order some stuff on Amazon. You will be able to keep using them for other dishes, I am sure. So, lets cook without meat, and have a great dinner!

What you’ll need:
- 8 oz Kame Japanese curly noddles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tsp Bibigo Go Chu Jang
- 1 tbsp Kame oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp International Collection Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- green onions, chopped
- Sushi Chef Sesame Seeds

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. In a large pot heat the oil, then add the garlic and sautee for 3 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the go chu jang, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil. Stir well.

Add the mixture to the pan with the garlic, stir well, and sautee for 3 more minutes.

Add the beaten eggs to the cooked noodles. Stir in the garlic/sauce mix. Blend well and transfer to a large bowl. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Bon Appétit!
