Oooooh, is it hot enough for you? The heatwave is sweeping all over the country. It’s 94 degrees here in the Big Apple today, but it’s promising to go down to the mid eighties tomorrow. It’s not much of a relief, but anything is better than nothing. Let’s cool down with a cocktail! I have always really liked a Tequila Sunrise, so when I came across this Vodka Sunrise, it was an immediate yes for me. It’s simple, refreshing and perfect for the summer!
What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Tito’s Vodka
- 5 oz San Pellegrino Limonata
- 1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 1 splash of Rose’s Grenadine
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake the vodka with the squeeze of lemon juice. Fill a cocktail glass with ice, drain the vodka mixture into the glass. Fill with Limonata. Add a splash of grenadine. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
