I had a few of these on Saturday night, and I can tell you first hand that this cocktail is 100% delicous. I have always wondered how a cocktail would taste with actual tea, as opposed to iced tea, and this one hits the mark. The smokiness of the tea, combined with the sourness of the lemon and the cranberry juice are a total success, and the gin is basically the cherry on top. Gin has such a distinct taste, that sometimes it’s hard to make a new cocktail with it, but I’m forever on a mission, being that I just adore gin. If you do too, then this one is for you! Add as much or as little simple syrup, depending on your sweet tooth!

What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Beefeater gin
- 3 oz Twinings Darjeeling tea (cooled)
- 1 1/2 oz Tropicana cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- simple syrup
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add gin, cranberry juice and lemon juice. Add ice to a cocktail glass. Strain contents of the shaker into the glass. Add the tea (and any amount of simple syrup, depending on how sweet you like it). Garnish with a lemon slice.
Cheers!
