I’m loving the weather!! Summer has finally shown its face in full force. Time for warm nights on the porch or the stoops, depending on where you live. Fourth of July is right around the corner, lets have a cocktail or two. I found this recipe while browsing menus of restaurants in cities in Germany that I’m planning on visiting this September. I feel it’s like a little preview of the fun I’m anticipating to have in my home country. I absolutely loved this drink, it is a perfect summer drink, and I’m sure you will too.

What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Tito’s Vodka
- 1 oz Lychee juice (from the can)
- splash of Angostura Bitters
- splash of fresh lime juice
- 3 oz fresh Bruce Cost Ginger Ale
- fresh mint leaves
- lychees
in a cocktail shaker muddle the mint leaves and one slice of lime. add ice, vodka, lime juice and bitters. Shake well. Add ice to a cocktail glass. Strain contents of the shaker into the cocktail glass. Top off with ginger ale. Garnish with a fresh slice of lime and a lychee.
Cheers!
