DOTW: Pegu Club

I don’t know about you, but I totally love gin. Gin and Tonic is one of my favorite cocktails, period. However, sometimes it’s fun to play with new recipes, or recipes that come across your way, one way or another. When I found the recipe for Pegu Club, I was all in. It’s pretty strong, so take it easy, but it is so tasty! Unwind with me with this delicious cocktail!

What you’ll need:

  • 2 oz Hendrick’s Gin
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • lime slice for garnish

In a martini shaker, filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a Coupe glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
