We have two more weeks of prep time before Christmas. Make your invites, wrap your gifts, plan your menus. I’m sure you still need a nifty idea for a cocktail, and I’m always chock full of great ideas when it comes to drinks, especially for the holidays. I’m a big fan of creamy cocktails for Christmas, and Irish cream comes to mind, but sometimes you wanna switch it up, at least I do. This cocktail contains gin, which always reminds me of Christmas for whatever reason. It is also stronger that a store bought cream cocktail, so indulge with caution. Particularly because it is very yummy, so it’s easy to underestimate it.

What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Hendrick’s Gin
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz chocolate liqueur (the brown one)
- 1 oz heavy cream
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice and shake well. Add one large (or several smaller) ice cube(s) in a rocks glass. Strain ingredients of the cocktail shaker into the rocks glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Cheers and Merry Christmas!
