This is probably the easiest cocktail recipe I ever posted. However, it’s definitely one of my favorites. It’s just so delicious. As summer winds down, I feel this is perfect to sip on in the evening with friends. It’s not too bitter, because I replaced the grapefruit juice with Polar’s Grapefruit soda, which is absolutely yummy. I can drink these nonstop (having to pay dearly the next day). I hope you enjoy these as much I do!

What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Hendrick’s Gin
- juice of 1/2 grapefruit
- squeeze of fresh lime
- Polar Grapefruit soda
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, grapefrut juice and lime juice with ice. Add salt to the rim of a cocktail glass, then fill it with ice. Strain contents of the shaker into the cocktail glass. Add a wedge of lime into the cocktail, then garnish the glass with a slice of grapefruit.
Cheers!
