Springtime. Time of confused weather. Time of cold one day, rainy the next, and then, hey! it’s a beautiful almost summer day. What to drink? A confused cocktail of course. Margaritas are an official summer drink (at least in my opinion), so let’s add some traditionally winter ingredients to confuse the heck out of us. And let’s make it yummy. Not a tall order, we can do it. Have great spring weekend!

What you’ll need:
- 2 oz of Teremana Reposado Tequila
- 2 oz organic apple juice or apple cider
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp honey syrup
- ground cinnamon
Add all liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Rim a cocktail glass with cinnamon, or a cinnamon sugar mix. Add ice to the glass, then strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Top off with ground cinnamon, and garnish with a slice of lime.
Cheers!
* to make honey syrup, combine 1/2 cup of honey with 1/2 cup of water in a small pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer on low until you have a syrup-like consistency. Let it cool before using.
This sounds amazing! I can’t wait to try it!
