#DOTW: Pink Pamplemousse

I’m so old school. I love to experiment with different liquors and ingredients, add new flavors to tried and true cocktails, but I always go back to basics. I don’t believe you necessarily need hard to find ingredients to make a delicious and different cocktails, sometimes a little twist can make a huge difference. Gin and Juice is such an old staple, Snoop Dogg make it beyond famous. So Old School. Add something to it, change it out a little, and voilĂ , you got a brand new winner!

What you’ll need:

In a cocktail shaker, combine ice with all liquid ingredients. Shake well and pour into a coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and enjoy!

Hello there, fellow foodies! My name is Erica, I was born and raised in Germany, and moved to the US, New York City to be exact, in July of 1987. I have never missed an episode of the Bravo TV show. I have at this point visited almost 20 restaurants run by Top Chef contestants, and I'm continuously impressed by their skill, drive and passion. So I will continue to seek them out, and I hope you join me in my journey!
