First of all, I love everything apple. Ergo: I will find, try and post any cocktail containing apple flavors! And second of all, I know you’re going to like this no matter what. It’s not just tasty, it’s also super easy to make. The mint leaves are purely decorative, but of course if you feel like muddling them, the way you would a Mojito, feel free! It can’t hurt….
What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Bacardi rum (or quality rum of your choice). You can even use Apple Bacardi here, it will probably be a flavor explosion!
- 3 oz Angry Orchard Hard Apple Cider
- splash of Angostura Bitters
- mint leaves
Add ice to a tall glass. Pour in rum, then a splash of bitters, then top it off with apple cider. Garnish with mint leaves.
