It’s so, so nice out today. Spring is here, tomorrow is Easter Sunday, April will grace us with its presence. Time to break out the spring cocktails! If you are entertaining for Easter, this is a excellent cocktail to spoil your guests! About a year ago I had this cocktail in a NYC bar and I just loved it. Sweet, but not too sweet, light and springtime-ish, this is a perfect one!

What you’ll need:
- 1 1/2 oz Hendrick’s Gin (or quality gin of your choice)
- 1 oz St. Germain
- 1/2 oz sour mix
- club soda
Pour all ingredients over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with lemon.
