#DOTW: El Jefe

El Jefe to me is a bit of a “leftover drink” If you make cocktails in your home at least occasionally, then chances are you have all the ingredients for this cocktail in your stash! It’s very delicious, and still pretty summery. You can serve it on the rocks in a highball glass, or you can shake it up and serve it as a Martini. It all sounds good to me! The recipe asks for Rose’s Lime juice, but if you want an even fresher taste, use fresh lime juice and agave nectar.

Cheers!
