Going to Philadelphia is a perfect weekend trip for the 4th of July! Liberty Bell, Independence Hall and more are great stuff to get some fun history lessons about the nation's Independence. And while you're there, make sure you get a cheese steak from Jim's on South Street. It's the absolute best in my opinion!

It's Throwback Thursday! Take me back to New Orleans! Compére Lapin was my birthday lunch, and it was absolutely fantastic! Not only was it a solar eclipse on that day, but i was also lucky enough to meet Chef Nina Compton and Chef Isaac Toups. What a great birthday 🎂

Can you really have a favorite dumpling in NYC? There's so many different places! Well. I haven't tried them all, but so far, the ones I keep going back to are the Pork Dumplings in Chili Oil at Cafe China. Nothing compares.
