Boy, it’s hot and humid here in New York City today.. Time to cool down. With a cocktail? Don’t mind if I do. A Cucumber Lemonade sounds absolutely perfect.
What you’ll need:
- 1 1/2 oz Beefeater Gin
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 oz Canada Dry Seltzer
- cucumber slices
Add Ice to a tall cocktail glass. Add the gin, lemon juice and the simple syrup. Slide up to three cucumber slices into the glass. Top off with seltzer. Garnish with lemon slices, cucumber slices, or whatever your heart desires.
