What’s the biggest “Drinking Holiday” of the year? Of course it is St. Patrick’s Day. In every corner of the country, people are getting their “Kiss Me, I’m Irish” shirts, prepare some traditional Corned Beef dishes, and celebrate in numerous parades. It’s such a fun holiday! Cocktails are plenty, and tons of them are green to honor the color of the Irish clover. St. Patrick’s Day is on a Tuesday this year, so I am quite certain that the unofficial celebrations will start on the Friday before. Need a green, simple cocktail? I got you covered.
What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Hendrick’s Gin
- 1 oz Göbber Waldmeister
- 3 oz Sprite
In a cocktail shaker combine ice with gin and Waldmeister, and shake well. Add ice to a tall cocktail glass. Strain contents of the shaker into the glass, top off with Sprite. Garnish with anything fun and green!
