Yaaaaassss, what’s the best time of the year? Margarita time! Well, with the exception of Christmas. But I love Margaritas in the summer! I have made endless versions, and I’m always on the lookout for a new recipe. I found this one a couple of weeks ago, and it is so, so delicious. Of course I’m passing it on to you. Sip with me this summer!
What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Don Julio Tequila
- 2 oz Pom Pomegranate Juice
- 2 oz Barefoot Bubbly
- 2 squeezes of fresh lime
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Add the tequila, Pomegranate juice and lime juice. Shake well. Add ice to a highball glass. Strain contents of the shaker into the glass. Top off with sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of lime.
