Oh baby, it’s cold outside. Time for a cocktail! That’ll warm you up a little. My preference has always been cocktails with much flavor, tart, fruity, delicious. This one is no exception. Not sure why, for some reason pomegranate always has me thinking of the colder days, maybe because of its health benefits, and with flu and cold season in full effect, it can’t hurt to have something with good ingredients, even if you mix it with some good gin. I think this cocktail is super yummy, and I hope you curl up with this one, watching a great movie on a cold evening.
What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Xibal Gin
- 1/2 oz Pom Pomegranate juice
- a squeeze of lemon juice
- a splash of simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- a splash of club soda
Add Ice to a cocktail shaker, then add all ingredients, except for the club soda. Fill a cocktail glass Garnish with lemon slices.
