I mean it actually feels like summer right now, but we’re still going to go with spring cocktails for now. There’s actually not that much of a difference anyway. I made this for myself last night, sipping on it on the stoops of my Bronx apartment. It’s so delicious. It’s refreshing. It’s not too strong, unless of course you want it to be. Sip away on it this weekend, enjoy the lovely weather and think good thoughts.

What you’ll need:
- 1 1/2 oz Courvoisier Cognac
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Da Vinci Honey Syrup
- 1 strawberry
- Lunetta Rose Prosecco
Add the strawberry to a cocktail shaker. Muddle the strawberry. Add honey syrup, lemon juice and cognac. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe glass and top off with rose Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon slice or whatever your heart desires.
Cheers!
