The holidays are over, we have nothing to look forward to, other than enjoying the calmness of winter, and cozying up at home under some comfy blankets, watching a movie while having a nice cocktail. I came across this drink called Sweater Weather, and I’m all about it. I’m a big fan of the show Saturday Night Live, and Sweater Weather has always been one of my favorite skits. Of course I had to make it, and I actually had it when I curled up under my blankets while watching TV! It was absolutely delicious, smoky and sweet, comforting. I can’t keep this recipe to myself, I hope you’ll make it, and enjoy it as much as I did.

What you’ll need:
- 2 oz 1800 Reposado
- 1/2 oz Frangelico
- 1/2 oz Monin Pear Syrup
- Angostura Bitters
- pear slices for garnish
In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients (except for the bitters and the pear), and stir with ice. Add ice to a cocktail glass and strain the contents of the mixing glass into the cocktail glass. Add a few drops of the Angostura Bitters, then garnish with a slice of pear.
Cheers!
