What you’ll need:
- 1 1/2 oz Knob Creek (or quality bourbon of your choice)
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4 blackberries
- club soda
- 1 dash bitters
- lemon slice and more blackberries for garnish
Combine bourbon, simple syrup, lemon juice, blackberries, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a Mason jar filled with ice. Top off with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel and more raspberries.
