I was immediately drawn in when I heard there was a cocktail named The Lone Ranger. To be honest, I was surprised to find out what the ingredients were, I was expecting some kind of whiskey concoction. But hey, I love tequila, I love rosé sparkling wine, and I like the name, even though it’s a little off! Enjoy this cocktail on this seemingly lovely weekend….

What you’ll need:
- 1 1/2 oz Casamigos Tequila Blanco or quality tequila blanco of your choice
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz dry rosé sparkling wine
- lemon twist
Combine tequila , lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well. Pour into highball glass filled with ice, then top of with rosé sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
