What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Don Julio Tequila (or quality Tequila Blanco of your choice)
- .75 oz Rose’s Lime Juice
- .75 oz honey syrup
To prepare the honey syrup, add equal amounts of honey and water to a small sauce pan, heat and stir. Let it cool, then combine all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake well, then pour over ice in a cocktail glass.
