And the summer fun continues! More summer drinks every week, I hope I am keeping you tipsy! Nothing screams summer more than watermelon so of course I had to find a cocktail that incorporated this delicious fruit. I served up quite a few of them last night, and everyone just loved them!

What you’ll need
- 2 oz Appleton Jamaican Rum or quality gold rum of your choice (dark rum is ok, not spiced)
- 1 1/2 cups watermelon (unseeded if possible)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp brown sugar
watermelon juice is optional
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pour over ice. Garnish with fresh lime slices.
