Obviously there is a never-ending need for summer cocktails. This warm weather is providing the most fun conditions to drink. I love me a good Frozé, but I don’t have the equipment to make it at home, so I found this stunner, and it’s so super delicious! What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Cointreau
- 3 oz Lunetta Rosé
- 1 small (or 1/2 large) strawberry
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberry, then add ice. Add the Cointreau and shake well. Pour into a stemless wine glass. Add rosé Champagne or Prosecco. Garnish with a sliced strawberry.
