It is hot, hot, hot!! I don’t even want to be outside until after 6 pm to be honest! but that’s probably the best time of the day anyway. It’s called Happy Hour for a reason. Time for iced tea? Yes, of course. Peach iced tea? Don’t mind if I do. Let’s add some Jameson, and make a whole cocktail out of it. One you can serve in a carafe on the porch, so the neighbor won’t even know you’re having a grand old time. This drink is refreshing and sweet, I guarantee the you will love it.

What you’ll need:
- 2 oz Jameson
- Snapple Peach Iced Tea
- fresh lemon
- Del Monte Sliced Peaches
In a cocktail shaker, place one slice of peach, and mash it. Add whiskey, ice and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Shake it well. Add ice to a cocktail glass and strain contents into the glass. Top off with Peach Iced Tea. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a slice of peach. This recipe is for one serving, but you can easily make a pitcher by multiplying the ingredients. Make sure you stir it occasionally to have each cocktail contain some peach mash.
Cheers!
