Easy Chicken Teriyaki

I’m not sure if all Teriyaki recipes are this easy, or if I was just lucky to have found this one! I like quick an easy recipes, I’m always busy, yet I try to cook at home as much as possible. I read that people who prepare the majority of their own meals, live an average of 10 years longer, and I like these odds. But to be able to keep doing that, I do need recipes that save time, and here is a great example of speedy dinners without sacrificing taste!

What you’ll need;

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Place chicken in a dish, Cover with the liquid, then marinade for 2 or more hours.

Add oil to a skillet, then pan fry the chicken on one side for 6 minutes over medium heat. Turn over an pan fry for an additional 2 minutes. Add the marinade and bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Serve with broccoli, white rice or sticky rice.
